			Centuries pass by in a blink for the fae. Ciar has faithfully served the Queen of Dusk, venturing into the mortal world or even the other fae realms to watch and listen, bringing back whatever juicy tidbits of news he thought she would appreciate.

			During one such forya, Ciar came upon a desperately unhappy young girl, and thus his friendship with Maledicia began. He visited her often during her childhood years, distracting her from her father’s cruelty. And when she came of age, he offered her a deal.

			Since then, Ciar has wandered at her side, a friend, confidant, and servant.

			=Personality=
			Lazy in one moment and alert in the next, Ciar is a bundle of contradictions - which suit his fae nature perfectly. He has his own code of honor, treating most people kindly and with respect, yet if someone gives him the wrong vibe he can be dismissive and petty.

	In his mortal guise, Ciar resembles a half-elven man. Standing at six foot even with dark, inky hair that almost seems to absorb the light and keen golden eyes, he is leanly muscled and moves with a particular grace. 			Favoring formal attire, Ciar is always impeccably dressed. He prefers dark trousers worn with a crisp white shirt and matching dark long coat, paired with a silk waistcoat of which he has many colors, and shined boots. Contrary to his neat attire, his hair is perpetually messy.

			In his feline form, Ciar appears as a handsome black cat with a small white patch on his chest. His size can range from as small as a kitten to as large as a wild cat dependant on his whim.

			* Ciar is good at prowling and spying from the shadows. He’s also a good hunter on four paws

			* King of Cats - As a cat sith, Ciar has an affinity for all felines in the mortal plane, able to speak with them and send them on errands. They are his eyes and ears, passing on information.

			* '''Faerie Glamour and Enchantments''' - Like all of his kind, Ciar can change his appearance on a whim, though he has a favored look in his mortal guise which he can draw up in an instant. He is capable of making minor enchantments, most of which are harmless or mischievous things such as imbuing inanimate objects with the ability to shout imprinted voices and sounds, or polymorph and transform. It takes him approximately a day to make a coin purse that will scream profanities when someone tries to steal it, several to make something more elaborate.
			* '''Shadow Form''' - Ciar can take on a shadow appearance, a useful skill when slinking around on behalf of his mistress or for getting inside places unseen. He becomes semi-incorporeal, unable to pass through solid objects but blends in with his surroundings.
			* '''Entropy Magic''' - All things must come to an end, such is the cycle of nature. Within line of sight, Ciar can work entropy magic. Items subject to the passage of time will rust, mold, and fall apart as if they were subject to the elements over the course of a few minutes, smaller or weaker objects over several seconds. The effect on living people/creatures results in weakness and pain. Actually touching the target will speed this process tremendously.
			* '''Lucky Coin''' - Ciar can, if the mood strikes and the recipient is deserving, either bless or curse a soul with a day’s luck - or lack thereof. For those on the positive end of this spell, they might come into some money, land a new job, or have their crops result in an extra bountiful harvest. Those cursed could suffer from random bouts of bad luck - the loss of money, items breaking around them, poison ivy ending up in their bed, etc. He is limited to one blessing and one curse a week.

			==Weaknesses==
			*Iron: Cold Iron, which has been forged via magical means and retains all of its natural properties, is specifically harmful. The more that iron has been refined, the less dangerous it is to him.
			*Truthbound: As a sidhe, Ciar is unable to tell a direct lie. He can, however, twist the truth and lie by omission by refusing to say anything at all.
			*My Word is My Bond: Ciar is bound to whatever promises he makes unless released by the other party.
