Overview
The Drache Irregulars are a military force comprised of various factions from Drache proper and its immediate surroundings during times of war. These include conscripted soldiers from its populace, as well as adventurers. As conscription is based on citizenry, and Drache is a port city with a large transient population, there are many foreigners within that consider Drache their home but don't fall under the regulations for conscription, The Drache Irregulars therefor serve in a voluntary function outside of those requirements. Needless to say, those seeking citizenship after signing up for the Drache Irregulars have their petitions viewed in a more positive light.
These forces are used to supplement the Army of Transdariania in times of conflict.
