Dartscales are the common Pentlander name for the smallest of the dragons: small four-legged, brightly-colored lizards with wings, whose heads are crested and horned in ways similar to the wyrms, though none of the dartscales ever grow to over two feet in length.
Most dartscales are chameleons to some degree. A subspecies called glowscales glows in the dark and can generate electrical charges.
