Secca is a free city located far to the west of Arangoth. It is a very ancient city -- perhaps the oldest in the entire region. Its prosperity has always been based on trade, various relics from distant lands having been found in and near the city dating back at least three thousand years. Its location at the mouth of the River Sekka gave the city the natural advantage of controlling all trade between the ocean and the river's fertile hinterland.
