The store is located near the center of the merchant square, and is a large building with a wide window at the front with a wooden sign above the door that states BAROQUE'S GENERAL.

Baroque's general is a simple general store for both adventurers and average folk alike. It sells general items needed by every day living folk, along with basic adventuring supplies such as potions. The shop also deals in the occasional enchanted weapon or spell scroll. The true unique quality of baroque's general is it's wide selection of jerky, the most popular being a nicely seasoned prime rib. There's chicken jerky, buffalo jerky, jerky jerky, whatever kind of jerky one could want within reason is there, for extremely good prices. Myths have gone around that the store sells a few more exotic magical items, to those Nicholas is closer to. Some suspect the secret is behind the door which has four locks. The store is guarded by a smoke elemental that lives in the fireplace that is in the small lounge of the store.
