Rantan is an aging [[Tiefling]] that hails from Sigil. When he's not working in the [[BlkDragon Inn]], he wears a multi-patched cape, and carries a huge pack on his back. He was a merchant/mage of some great repute, before his arrival in [[Drache]]. Ever so genial, he speaks with a strange lilt at times. On occasion, he fills in for Dulcina as the bartender in the Inn, but otherwise can be found (or heard, rather) in the kitchen, screaming at his cooks and throwing things. | |||

Rantan is an aging Tiefling that hails from Sigil. When he's not working in the BlkDragon Inn, he wears a multi-patched cape, and carries a huge pack on his back. He was a merchant/mage of some great repute, before his arrival in Drache. Ever so genial, he speaks with a strange lilt at times.
